Hired Law Firm

I had Carlos as a public pretender and that's exactly what he was. He never once came to talk to me or get a statement from me the entire time I was in jail. He convinced me to wave my preliminary and take the first plea agreement that was offered. That was a huge mistake and I didn't know any better and was never informed about what any of this meant because he never once came to talk to me. I was charged for a crime I didn't commit and paid with Three years of my life because he didn't do a damn thing to defend me. He even refused to put in for a bond review after I asked repeatedly. If I would have known I could have had him fired I would have in a heartbeat. As a paid for attorney he will put in effort but if he is court appointed he will do nothing he doesn't care about justice or the people. He is in my opinion corrupt and scandalous and I would trust him to defend a pile of sh*t
