Matthew represented my case, and I will tell you he is extremely professional, truth-worthy, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Matthew and his team, and plan to use him again if ever needed. I got him on speed dial, that's how confident I am with him.
Matthew Knipe is very professional, respectful, and honest. During the thirteen month time period, from arrest to sentencing; Mr Knipe was with me every step of the way. He was very supportive, gave some amazing advice, listened to everything I had to say, even when it was talking about my personal feelings and stressors. I felt confident in pleading to much lesser charges knowing that Mr Knipe had fought along side me and for me to get the best possible outcome. He worked tirelessly and for many hours preparing evidence and communicating with numerous prosecutors and attorneys. Berry Law, you better hold onto to this one (maybe give him a raise, or a bonus for putting up with me)! I highly recommend Matthew Knipe! Semper Fidelis!
Matt Knipe took my case a month before the hearing. Durung the process he failed to meet a single stated deadline, and was unreachable for multiple days at a time. He ignored key features that lost the case, stating they were irrelevant. Features fully advised in the few short phone calls he managed to make. Evidence was fully available, but told that it was not needed. He took my money but not my case. He spoke to my witnesses the last business day before trial, and minimized my concerns that were the entire crux of what made me lose. We did not have sufficient time to cover the relevant aspects of the case. I will not be recommemding his legal services.
