My mother passed away at the end of February 2020, and we live out of state, so we needed to find an attorney quickly, while we were in town/Lincoln for the funeral, to guide us through the probate process. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the first attorney we went to. Then I found Jim Titus, who was listed at one of the best attorneys in Lincoln. When I called Jim, he spoke openly, honestly, politely, & well informed. He was extremely easy to talk to, and after speaking to him, I could tell he was the right attorney for us. Plus, the estate was small, so to keep costs down, we wanted an attorney willing to do the legal filing & provide legal guidance, while we did all the phone calls & notifications. During the entire process, Jim & his staff were exceptionally professional, easy to work with & ask questions, & very quick to respond. Everything that needed to be done was done well! Thank you Jim Titus for an Exceptional experience. I highly recommend this law firm! ;0)
