Her secretary always said, "She's in court" or "She's on a call", also "I'll speak with her and give you a call to schedule an appointment to come in" ... I was never again contacted by the secretary or attorney!
IF YOU LIKE BEING IGNORED, YOU FOUND YOUR ATTORNEY! Victoria McLain tells you she is going to take care of your case, asks for documents, then never returns your calls, emails or in office visits. Her secretaries always says she’s out of the office on a call or in court that she’ll return your call, but she avoids you like the plague. Very unprofessional and unethical. She is being reported to the Ethics Committee for malpractice.
