Randy was very informative as to my options. I was always able to reach him by phone or he would return calls in a timely manner. He was able to answer all of my questions and all of the information that he provided proved to be true. He guided me to make responsible decisions during and after the process.

We were very disappointed in his professionalism...was told to be at Hearing 15 minutes early but then he failed to show up on time, was 3 minutes late to arrive. Offered no apologies for his tardiness & we were extremely upset with his lacksadaisy attitude...also he just didn't seem to be as informed of our Case and able to answer any questions on our behalf to the Judge.
