Very ethical, helpful, and determined to assist his client.
She was very good, very informative and compassionate!
Did not follow what i asked him to do, but the other times i had used him he did great.
I wrote out pages and pages of evidence I then gave to Mr. Gottschalk that never got filed or presented in court. I was married 21 years and was interested in spousal support since my ex husband made so much , more than I did it was not even brought up but it was in the diverse decree saying I agreed to it. My 9 year old testified he did not want to go with his father as much now I am taking him to counseling to try and help his mental abilities. His school grades have even fallen allot more.
Awful. Has no fight in him. Barely knew my name. Fought for nothing that I wanted. Had a slam dunk case and he somehow found a way to botch that. Just awful. Very disorganized. Didn't even prep me for court.
We had the bad luck of working with an associate at this firm- the words to describe our experience with him would be: unprofessional non-responsive untruthful at times Not worth the money This was a probate issue that took 1 year and 10 months to settle. We learned more information from the woman at the courthouse who answered the phone, than this associate who works at this firm. I'm not sure about the other staff but this associate we cannot recommend. Seek out other firms if you need a Will written and probate assistance.
My attorney was Craig's Gottschalk he was a terrible lawyer. My experience with him at this office was horrible. He is a Chihuahua when it comes to negotiating with insurance companies, even a Chihuahua has more bark then him. He allowed the insurance adjuster to low ball my claim. He told me that the second measly offer was the final offer. When I said no, he said I would have to find another lawyer. When injured you need a pitbull lawyer to fight the insurance company. It's not him.
Attention: If you ever Use this Law Firm And get Attorney Craig's Gottschalk you are in for a Ride Awakening! This attorney will not attempt to fight the Insurance Company at all for you! This attorney will partner with the Insurance Company against his own client and will roll over on you with the 1st Demand from the insurance company. Craig Gottschalk is a complete Push Over. He will force you to Accept A Low Ball Offer from the insurance company. And the 1st resistance of not taking it witdrw
