5 years ago I had no idea what to expect having to hire a lawyer. CELO was our first and only choice after we spoke with them the first time. Words cannot do justice what this office has done for my family. Going to court for anything is stressful and they helped not only with the case but with my anxiety over the whole dilemma. They fought so hard the whole team. What I witnessed in the court room with my case and others that they were working is that CELO knows their stuff and will fight for their clients. They come ready for anything and remain professional. They are so considerate and informative. They are worth every penny.
I was pleased with the services I received from Charlene Edwards. Her staff was efficient and courteous. I made several phone calls to her office with questions and concerns, and was always able to reach someone that provided answers to my questions promptly and addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. All paperwork and receipts were mailed to my home in a timely manner, I would recommend her services to friends and family.

***I only selected 1 star because I had to!*** I WOULD NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY IF I WERE YOU! I have been attempting to reach someone in this office regarding a case for almost two weeks. I left message after message for April Tew and Charlene Edwards everyday since 4/6 and finally got an answer when I called again on 4/15. I kept getting answers "I think...", "It might be...", "I'm not sure" - not what I expect when I reach out to an attorney who is handling a case. Then I'm told by a Mark, "I should have called you yesterday, but, honestly, I wasn't feeling that well, but I know that's no excuse." Really!? Never again! Charlene Edwards is not the way to go.
