My daughter began making awful remarks to her mother about me and my family, including rejection for no apparent reason, so I hired Sally. She did nothing to investigate the situation and awarded the mother with more parenting time and no therapy whatsoever. Sally is the epitome of a garbage GAL. She's also fat and lazy.
Wow. An ad litem is supposed to represent the best interest of the child. She openly admits that her only interest is taking your money. She brings legal ethics to a new low. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APdveDcQIVc
Sadly.....Mrs Lichter has ruined the lives if many families and children in general. When a person had zero empathy and is only worried about money over everything....we have a problem. Failing to investigate, failing to communicate with both parents not just the party that's paying her off. Meeting with innocent children and lying about what they share with her, recording children in visits, and letting the other party listen to what the child said in privacy are just a few unlawful examples of this person. She brags in the courtroom about her years as a lawyer or GAL..... she's no more than a LIABILITY to the court system and to everyone around her. If you can knowingly separate a child that outed abuse repeatedly from the non abusive parent and hide the truth when there is factual proof squashing her belief..... #seekhelp She should be required to get a 215 mental health evaluation done do that she is barred from harming more children and families. Run for the hills ......
How can a lawyer recommend for a child to be taken away from family and friends because she feels the child would be "more comfortable" with a mother who cannot hold a job, is addicted to prescription drugs, and is killing her daughter with second-hand smoke? I thought mediators were to be of the best interest of the child - not the mother?
