Born in St. Charles, Missouri, Jennifer Wagner is a graduate of Duchesne High School. Ms. Wagner is a graduate of Truman State University, receiving a B.A. in English in 1995. She received her Juris Doctor at the University of Tulsa in 1998 and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2000.

Ms. Wagner is a member of the Clay County Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Missouri Bar.

Ms. Wagner has practiced in the areas of Real Estate, Probate and Estate Planning, but she now primarily practices in the area of Family Law, including divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, modifications and paternity.

Ms. Wagner is married to Matthew Wagner of Kearney, Missouri. They have three daughters and are members of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Liberty, Missouri.

Worked with her for months hasn't helped me in any way besides showing up to court on my behalf and getting continuance going through a bad divorce I'm the stable side on the matter and my ex has since been arrested on drug charges and multiple assault charges and still has my children have requested to not be emailed and only called by phone won't return calls have went to her office never there unless you schedule a appointment only wants to contact you through email which are I believe 39.50 a piece and answers the emails in the most vague open ended response to get you to reply to start a email chain I'm firing her Monday and seeking my counsel elsewhere walking away from the 11-13 grand I'm in so far literally nothing has happened on my behalf and I believe I've been dealing with her since August I've missed my entire daughters first year of kindergarten because no progress has been made for my behalf were almost in June
