Hired Attorney

I had a terrible experience with Attorney Passalacqua as my divorce attorney, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Firstly, he forgot crucial documents at the initial hearing, which was a critical mistake that may have negatively impacted the outcome of my case. As my attorney, I expected him to ensure that all necessary documents were present and accounted for during court proceedings. Furthermore, Attorney Passalacqua failed to follow up on interrogatories, which was unacceptable. Interrogatories are a vital part of the discovery process, and it was crucial that they were completed accurately and on time. I also found Attorney Passalacqua to be unresponsive and unable to communicate effectively with me, which is not acceptable for a legal representative. As his client, I expected him to keep me informed of any updates or changes to my case. The fact that the judge did not understand my case suggests that Attorney Passalacqua failed to present a clear and concise argument. Ad

Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
