Jon represented me in estate planning while having an undisclosed sexual relationship with my wife (sometimes questionable consent). He used his position as our family lawyer to gain privileged information about our marriage and then used it against me. I had a bad feeling and never completed the estate planning, I stalled the entire time. I ultimately had my fees credited back to me after filing a complaint with the Kentucky Bar Association. My wife and I are ok, but only after leaving the state to get away from this creep and get a fresh start. I would not trust this lawyer he is shady.
