I was appointed Mr. Boyd through the courts to "represent" me with a CPS case. Mr. Boyd will let CPS continue to railroad you, lie to the courts even though you have proof to the contrary, and will ultimately let you loose your kids. Forget trying to contact Mr. Boyd and have a conversation, cause when you do finally have a conversation with him, you are completely disregarded, put down, and if you try to get him to stand up for you then he will quit trying at all. If you try calling, the phone he has listed doesn't go to him directly and he will call you eventually from another number, which he will not pick up at all if call that number. Even though he may "represent" you, he will not accurately and effectively represent you. If a court day is moved, he will not let you know. He won't go over anything with you pertaining to court, nor even defend you. Too be honest, I'm not sure how he is still in good standing with the Bar Association with how he conducts himself with his cases.
