S. Dianne Blanford Attorney at Law

Ms. Blanford has been the estate planning attorney for our immediate and our extended family for well over a decade. She is both responsive and reliable, making sure that the appropriate trusts were set up, plans made and tax returns filed. She has a tremendous knowledge of tax laws, thoroughly researching the topics and working with family members to be sure they understood their estate plan and that it expressed their wishes. She follows up and her diligence has saved us worry and money.

I just saw a negative post about Ms. Blanford's services and was shocked given my dealings with her. Over the course of several years I used her for a large number of complex trust, estate and probate matters involving my parents, my husband and myself,and I could not have been happier with the level of service and expertise provided. I have recommended her to numerous friends and business associates, all of whom have had similar 100% positive experiences. She is great!

Ms. Blanford has done estate planning for myself, my parents and other family members. She is always professional and prompt to respond to our needs. Her years of experience in this area makes her an efficient attorney who can respond to client needs quickly and with knowledge. When we need to make a change in our documents, she works quickly to get the change in place. She has represented our interests over the years impeccably. I would recommend her without reservation.

Ms. Blanford provided prompt, professional and exemplary estate planning services for our family. She went out of her way to meet with us and expedite drafting our documents so that we could sign our Wills before we traveled out of state on vacation.

Dianne Blanford has advised me on family trust and estate planning issues since I was a young single mom over 20 years ago. She followed up with me annually to make sure I adjusted my estate plan based on changes in my life and finances. She advised my mother and assisted her in complex estate planning to avoid probate. My mother's recent death has proven the wisdom of Dianne's expertise. I think she is a truly wise and compassionate attorney as well as incredibly knowledgable.

This is a follow up to my previous review of S. Dianne Blanford. She finally did return my calls and completed the estate work in a satisfactory manner. Her office communications issues have been cleared up and now I would like to amend my review to say that I would recommend this attorney.

I engaged this attorney to handle an estate matter for me in the first quarter of 2022 and it is now the end of August, 2022, and I have been unable to reach her regarding the status of the matter. I have been trying to contact her since July 6, 2022. I have emailed and called several times and she has failed to return my emails/calls. The quality of the work she has done for me so far has been very good, however she is seriously lacking in communication. I have promptly paid all of her invoices that I have received to date. I don't frankly understand her uncommunicative behavior. If you use this lawyer, be advised that she needs to give you status updates, especially when they are requested.

I hired her for my fathers estate and she did nothing.My brother is administer and the court has told him 3 times to sell and divide.He has kept everything and spent the money.She did not have him show proof of anything.I ask her to get subpoenas for my fathers checking account and burial papers from funeral home and make a court date she said she would.After that she will not answer my calls.That was 2 /12 mos.ago.So she quit without telling me.What am I suppose to do now?
