With over 75 years of combined experience in insurance defense, the partners of Nichols Walter PLLC have successfully defended high risk cases throughout Kentucky and portions of Tennessee. While most of our practice involves defense of physicians, nurses and hospitals in medical malpractice actions, we have experience in many other areas as well. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
