If I thought I could win a legal malpractice suit, I certainly would file. This attorney provided absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered while being represented by an attorney. She simply has no backbone to fight for her clients. She was always willing to take the deal offered by the respondents attorney. I was thoroughly disgusted with her ability to defend me in family court. We parted ways before the divorce was final and I finished my own divorce pro-se with some success.
