He used his position as our family lawyer to gain privileged information about our marriage and then used it against me. I had a bad feeling and never completed the estate planning, I stalled the entire time. I ultimately had my fees credited back to me after filing a complaint with the Kentucky Bar Association. My wife and I are ok, but only after leaving the state to get away from this creep and get a fresh start. I would not trust this lawyer he is shady.
