Clark was a great attorney for us. He was always on top of everything and was very quick, efficient and polite. There was days when we couldn't make it to the office, so he would stay late in the evenings or even come in on the weekend. We had never dealt with a lawyer before Clark but if we ever needed to again he would be the man we go to. He's very easy to talk to and takes time out to make sure that you understand everything. We strongly recommend him.

Clark provided me guidance, expertise and went above and beyond in the wrongful death lawsuit of my son Michael who lost his life to Electric Shock Drowning. He is still working hard to lead us in our fight to keep others safe in our recreational waters nationwide. He is instrumental in the Samantha Chipley Act in Ky. which is well on its way to becoming a law. Clark is by far the best choice I could have made in my legal fight and I would highly recommend him to others in a heartbeat.
