Hired Attorney

He DOES NOT do anything to defend his clients. He sits back and let's the prosecutor violate your rights and then says " oh yah they can do that". He is a horrible lawyer. You would think that taking the prosecuting attorney out for lunch right after your court hearings would be some kind of violation, but he does it all the time. He does not present evidence that proves your innocence, he just sits there and says nothing in court, but in his office he lies right to your face and tells you "oh we have this, and they crossed the line, they have nothing" but then just sits there in court and does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
