Kelly was very concise in her communication with us, and understood the case we were up against completely. She was able to navigate the case, and protect us from a frivolous lawsuit. I would imagine that this ability applies to all of her areas of coverage.
Kelly went above and beyond in helping this client with a vexing IRS audit issue based on a random audit selection process and the IRS tried their best to create problems that weren't there, Kelly kept them on track and focused to get through this potentially volatile situation as soon as possible. As a result, there were no significant problems discovered/created by the IRS and no penalties accessed.
My experience with this firm has been great, especially considering the circumstances of my needing legal representation.
