Ms. Bilodeau was professional, well prepared and took the time to listen to our concerns and address them in detail. She was patient and shared several options to consider. We would absolutely seek her assistance in the future!

Karen is down to earth and easy to speak with. She asks the right questions without having to go through hours of tedious questions pulling the answers that are needed. She is experienced and very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. I was extremely happy with the service I received through this Firm but you do get what you pay for and she received 40% of settlement.
