Not very involved attorney when it comes to real estate transaction. He is good at checking fine print and going over the contract. Don't expect him to call you and warn you of possible complications or looking for your interests. He is just fact checker. And very expensive one. When after the fact problems will start, he will be offering you a litigation route with his firm.
