Hired Attorney Manderson Miles Jr.

I got caught up in the web of Idaho Fish and Game. They were very aggressive and charged (and OVERCHARGED) me. I ended up with 6 felony and 2 misdemeanor charges. I live in Hawaii and had to face these charges in Idaho. A friend recommended Miles. Long story short he was able to plea bargain my case down to two misdemeanors and I never even had to fly to Idaho to deal with any of it. He even said he was confident that if we went to trial he could have won every charge.

Hired Attorney Richard Cuddihy

Terrible attorney. He didn't even represent me even though he was named as my attorney on court papers. He never responded too any of my concerns or questions about court. I would not recommend him for anything serious.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
