Since our formation in the early 1900s, we have emphasized personal service and provided quality legal representation to clients not only in Lewiston and Clarkston but also in the broader communities throughout Idaho and Washington. As our firm changes and grows to meet the needs of our clientele, we will continue to emphasize quality representation.

The firm of Creason Burris Kuznetsov maintains consistent standards of excellence through efficient and cost-conscious teamwork. Each of our attorneys has unique areas of expertise and experience. Our clients interact primarily with the attorney of their choosing, but that attorney receives the full support and assistance of every member of our firm. We couldn’t be happier with Sam Creason as our attorney regarding private property rights. We have used him on two occasions regarding our property and both times came out on top very quickly! Most recently he had to go up against the county for us and we had it resolved 100% in our favor in less than 48 hours! He is kind and knowledgeable as well as professional and timely. Can’t possibly speak any higher of him. Just outstanding!

Paul Burris helped my wife and I in crafting our current estate plan. The process was made easy for us because of his high level of attention to detail and extensive expertise on the subject. He explained things clearly and thoroughly throughout the process. He will be the one to update our estate plan when the time comes and he is the person I would refer my friends and family to.

Hired Attorney Ruvim Kuznetsov

Ruvim diligently gathers facts on the law associated to the problem, before making comments one way or the other. He seemed to adopt a personal commitment after he had reviewed Washington State corporate law and how it applied to me. He urged me to take action in another area "Dept. of Revenue" before we got very far into our problem which was "L&I" issues.. Strict legal analysis on their statutes was superb and resulted in complete melt down of their argument. Ruvim is brilliant!

My son and I were in need of legal counsel in our quest for a U.S Patent and Trademark and in search for a recommendation of an attorney I searched the USPTO list of approved attorneys specifically in Lewiston area. Sam took the time to listen to our concept, made himself familiar with it over the course of a few weeks (niche market), and was able to help us secure what we needed. He is a quick study, witty and knowledgeable. If he doesn't know an answer (which was rare), he will research the situation earnestly until he has found the right answer best suitable for his client.
We proudly recommend him to anyone in search of a patents and trademarks attorney. He won't let you down.

Was very disappointed with Brooke. She knew about an upcoming Bond that needed to be filed and would need further representation to get through it, but still opted to end our business without clearly explaining I would still need representation until the situation was finalized.
