E. Lavoyd Morgan, Jr. & Associates is a law firm established in 2000 with an office in Lewisburg, WV practicing litigation, criminal law, bankruptcy and 3 other areas of law.
They took all my info. But, they never let me know anything that was going on. They also will not return phone calls. I go by their office and no one can can answer my questions.
Went there for help with bankruptcy and paid them $750.00 and gave them all of the paperwork and information they needed. A year later I was calling to check on it they messed it up while filing and tried to blame it on me and wanted another 300 to refile it. I will be going somewhere else.
We hired him on April 10, 2018. We have heard nothing from anyone since that time. Repeated phone calls with messages left, but no response. Now no one is answering the phone. We have not received an invoice like we were told we would. We have no idea where our case stands. They will happily talk and meet with clients until the retainer is paid, then the client is ghosted. Very unprofessional.
