Hired Attorney Brian Kerstetter

Represented a friend in a custody and marriage settlement. He had a relationship with someone my friend knew creating a conflict of interest. Instead of stepping out and finding other counsel he stuck with it. His lack of action cost my friend everything. He ignores correspondence now. People like Brian shouldn't be allowed to practice but he hides things well and will only take action if it suits him. I am scared for anyone he might represent. He is the most unethical attorney I have ever met

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
