Hired Attorney

Stay clear of Lynch Scrimo attorneys on probate issues. Never responded with clear answers to questions we had. First stated everyone had to sign the final statement to receive inheritance and then when we weren’t happy with the final statement gave us the weird response that other family members were broke and then we would be singled out to go to probate alone if we didn’t sign. No inventory taken or requested from his attorney office of valuable personal property of the estate. Final statement personal inventory marked as “unk” One bank account not accountable on final statement that we reported to him numerous times. Didn’t seem to care and told us let the family take care of it. 😂. Main objective of his was to sign so he could get paid. Totally unprofessional and would stay clear of him. Executors lost and he went along with them.
