Mr. W. Bryan White

I hired Mr.White to handle change name on a deed Out of my deceased mother's name into my name. I had purchased the home from my mom. And to handle a check that needed cashed. Got check cashed. Was told by paralegal deed had been filed at county clerks office.. Was a lie. Never got to speak to him but once never returned my calls. Charged 2800 dollars. Never got deed and never can talk to him.

He took over my poor uncles case illegally and made the judge find him incompetent just so he could be his guardian and take all his money and Classic car collection and sold them all never let the family even know anything and put him in a home far away wouldn’t let the family know where he was and my uncle died yesterday and he didn’t even let the family know anything til someone else called told us he’s a shitty persokb

Scam and Con-artist banking off the fact that he is a small town attorney and things so unnoticed. He will hold on to an estate case for as along as possible in order to collect his "attorney fee" for doing absolutely nothing. How is this office even still in business? How has he not been disbarred with multiple people experiencing the same issues and a lack of case resolution? Unethical and completely unprofessional. My advice is for everyone to file complaints with the NC Bar (919)828-4620 maybe then he will either start doing his job or at BEST these unresolved cases go to a competent attorney who wants to help.

Unprofessional and Unresponsive. He never returns an email or phone call. He lies about everything and will lie about you on whatever he is helping you do. He could NOT even handle a simple estate closure. He is supposedly taking over at this tired old law firm that should have already shut down because the main partner is unable to handle anything and has his wife doing it for it but she isn't a paralegal so it isn't like she knows what she is doing. Don't waste your money here because all this man did was make our case worse and take our money.

Dishonest lying lawyer who works for the other side. Probably getting a kickback or something. He lied to me and about me to opposing atty and never did a thing to help me out. He promised everything and then got nothing for me but he sure did help out the other side. He didn't refund my money either. He's a thief and a liar. There should be a negative 5 stars on here cause that's what he deserves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hired Mr. White to do one thing. It took him more than 2 months to do this and then when he did he instead served the best interest of an unrelated party. If you can get him on the phone (and that's a very big IF) he simply lies and claims he's done this or that while he has done absolutely nothing. He never ever responds to an email or a voicemail. Even meeting with him in person a couple of times did no good. He only pretends to listen. He has no idea of any details on anything and his paralegals (unsure if anyone who works there is a paralegal or simply pretending to be) can't answer questions either. He's very nice. The receptionist is very nice. The office manager is so stuck up and rude it isn't funny and she will give you advice but it's all wrong because she's not an attorney. Good luck getting anything out of these folks and say goodbye to your attorney client privilege because the office manager lady runs her mouth about everything.

Mr. Bryan White was hired two years ago to help close an estate. The only thing that Mr. White accomplished in two years to was eventually file a request for special proceedings. He was difficult to reach and slow to respond to emails and phone calls. Mr. White deliberately lied regarding status of filings. Even after Mr. White was asked by the Caldwell County Clerk of Court and as well as other attorneys to finish the necessary paperwork to close the estate, and he told them he would do so, he did nothing and deadlines were missed. My wife had to finish the filing paperwork herself. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Do NOT hire Mr. White as your attorney. Nothing will get done
