He was very nice, he believed me when I told him that I was Innocent of the charge against me, and he went about gathering evidence to prove that I did not commit any crime. the case was in Superior Court and the charges against me were dropped.I do not have a felony charge on my record,for something that I did not do.
Bruce Cann on representative my brother in a driving with out license case. My brother was sentenced to prison. At the time my brother was sentencedd he had very poor health and could barely walk. Once sentence he was diagnosis with bone cancer. I reached out to Bruce and he advised me that he was going to talk to a judge to try to get him back in court because he wanted to help him. He advised me to give him a call back in a couple of days. I have left several messages and never received a return call. I had a family member to finally go to his office to talk to him by phone since I live out of town. He proceeds to tell me that he told my brother months ago he could not help him. I advised him that is not what he told me. Then he goes on to say the DA is saying no. My issue with Bruce Cannon if he knew this why could he not return all the messages that I have left for the last month and half.
I hired Bruce Cannon as my divorce Attorney with my First marriage with Donald Ray Moses Jr. I was abused by Donald in every way. I left with the clothes only on my back. Bruce Cannon later came and told me I was a liar. Because Donald told him we were still together. I had to get a restraining order and go to court numerous times, because Donald kept violating the restraining orders. He went after my parents. I lost my job because Donald went to my work with a gun. I couldn’t go to the store or anything . Donald would not let me go. Donald Ray Moses beat his mother, his brother and his own father so many times. My son Jordan is not his son Donald placed his name on the birth certificate. To try and keep me. We were separated. I did not lie. Donald does drugs a life I want be a part of at any cost. So please stop
