Ms Waterhouse was very thorough and efficient. She was very conscientious. I appreciate the time and energy she put into helping us with our father's estate.
We explained to her our intentions and she was very helpful in explaining to us the documents we would need to carry out our wishes. In spite of bad weather and in the midst of an office move, she delivered our documents correct and on time. We don't routinely have a need for the services of an attorney, but we'll certainly call on Ms. Waterhouse if and when the need arises again. She made a difficult "chore" fairly simple.
