Was quickly responsive to my calls and resolved my problem on a timely basis.
He definitely knows that he's doing. However, he doesn't explain legality in everyday language that an average person needs to know to understand what the process is and what to expect.
The other thing that bothers me is this man will not make eye-to-eye contact when talking w me. He will look off another direction, maybe look at me very briefly, but then looks off again. I don't like that about a person.
I would recommend Mr. Lusk on the basis of price only. I paid him in July to file my bankruptcy but he didn't get around to filing until I contacted him again in late August to find out the status of my case. He pulled two no-shows at the hearings, which caused me considerable expense. He did refund part of my money, but it didn't cover my incurred expenses. He was unorganized and didn't supply all of the paperwork which delayed everything until December.But it finally happened so all was good
