HHS taking your child. Is my worst nightmare. I did all I could to protect us from and couldn't. False reports , slander, defamation, negligence,.. Its been a gross injustice, and a horrifying betrayal by home and country.. Almost 2 years in , they assign Mr. Gough to me. For I have been outspoken in my active participation about everyone's behavior along the way . No I dont believe I was targeted, I do believe they treat all of us moms caught in a nightmare badly. Mr. Gough and I are yet to find out the last hearing result but he was amazing in the court room . He artfully used me to defend me. Utilizing a mother's love, and dedication skillfully to give me the first and only glimmer of hope. Very personable and caring. Explained issues well. Extremely fair in billing practices Knowledgeable, experienced and very smart. Don’t mistake her easy-going demeanor, humor and settlement posture for not knowing the law or being weak. Also clever. She is also the only likable attorney I’ve ever met!
My divorce case was long and hard and her enthusiasm never waned. Because of her it was completed and for a very fair result. I switched from another attorney to her for this very reason.
