I was not satisfied with how he handled my husband’s case. He was all uppy before it my time for my husband to go up then ALL he did was quietly read his charges to the judge off the paper right directly in front of him, which my seven-year-old could’ve done more clear and then just sat back down and didn’t say nothing, he did not try to fight for My Husband at all and better than that, he had to be reminded twice from the judge to move onto the next because he couldn’t even remember to do that. Before going in front of the judge, Jack Simms told My Husband he did not have to worry about any jail time if he signed the plea. otherwise My Husband would’ve took it to trial, so he trusted his attorney and signed the plea deal and now my husband is currently incarcerated,violation on his parole and now is possibly gonna have to back up his original sentence. But I got one even better, I’ve been trying to contact his attorney for two weeks. All they do is avoid you!!!!!!!
This is the most unorganized attorney. Doesn’t know what’s going when called into court with your case or remember what he is there for. Might be time for him to retire! He runs late leaves for an appointment he forgot he had makes you wait longer. Office staff follows suit. Very frustrating experience!
