I have used this lawyer's services several times in real estate matters. His staff is efficient and professional, and he has deep understanding of property law in general, as well as the local market, in particular. His guidance and judgment have saved me thousands of dollars and untold sleepless hours. His is an opinion you can trust.

Mr. Dowden is very nice, but he takes long times to do simple papers. He also badly overcharges. He did two probates for me. The first was admittedly complex--so complex that I had to research the law myself just to set his staff straight and safeguard my rights. The second one could not have been simpler (fill in forms on the computer, print them out, get the judge to sign, and file it), yet he charged me nearly 30 percent more than for the first. I regret ever going to him.
