I highly recommend the Earley Legal Group for your defense. My attorney was Mark Earley Jr. and he was exceptional. I was originally cited for a reckless operation for possibly exceeding 80 mph, which is a misdemeanor. Mr. Earley worked magic with the judge so I ended up with defective equipment, which is a non-moving, no point, civil infraction! They have great case management through a portal called My Case, which tracks your communications, uploads of documents, and much more. Listen to Mr. Earley and he will definitely help you no matter what your situation! The best part was the legal fee is nominal and certainly worth every dollar!
Didn't want to work on my behalf. Had my case for 10 months and didn't even do a discovery. He kept postponing the court dates and was telling me I would have to do a significant amount of jail time. Another attorney took over and got me a no jail time plea within 3 days of being assigned to my case.
