I am deeply frustrated that after my ex-wife repeatedly ignored our custody order, Capsalis declined to enforce it. Since that hearing, I’ve spent over $100,000 and lost more than a year of time with my child because I was told to ‘work it out’ directly with her — which is exactly what failed during the marriage. The system often expects cooperation where it no longer exists, and that’s devastating for parents who simply want time with their children.
