I highly recommend Maureen Danker. Maureen is up front, honest and compassionate. From the beginning of my contentious custody case Maureen set my expectations. Maureen was very transparent in terms of cost. She was open and honest regarding the strength of my case to ensure I had the opportunity to weigh risk verses reward at every turn. When I made the decision to litigate my custody case, Maureen was all in. Her professionalism and knowledge in the court room was impeccable. I had several family members and friends in attendance, and they were in awe. As we waited for the judge’s decision at the conclusion of trial, I was at peace knowing that no matter the outcome, Maureen left no stone unturned, nothing on the table and presented the best case possible. The judgment went 100% our way which is a true testament to Maureen’s superior litigation skills.

I was referred to Ann Luu by a close family friend. Ann was exceptional with my case all the way through trial! She is intelligent, diligent, and compassionate. Ann Luu and her staff were super detailed and made a very difficult process easy. She is a rockstar during trial, very prepared and prepared me for what we would be facing. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
