David Burke Walker is a lawyer practicing dui/dwi, reckless driving, drug possession and distribution and 14 other areas of law. David received a degree from James Madison University in 2002, and has been licensed for 21 years. David practices at The Walker Law Firm PLC in Leesburg, VA.
We were told we didn't need to be present for the initial hearing, Mr. Walker would attend on our behalf (we live in another city) and we would attend the main settlement hearing. However, when we were contacted after that hearing, Mr. Walker informed us that he reached a settlement on our behalf, which he did not have permission to do. He explained he did so because of the small amount available for the claim and it was in our best interest to not beleaguer the court.
Used him for a PI case, we provided all of the medical and he never returned calls after we sent him all of the notes for his client and he never paid us our claim via the issuance company. First time this has ever happened to us in 30 years of practice.
