From start to finish this firm is top notch! Joe Shoemaker was our attorney and he was fabulous. I called many firms first thinking such a large firm as Bogin, Munns & Munns wouldn't take our semi-small issue with a disgruntled tenant. We reside in CA and our property was in Florida. I couldn't even get a call back from other firms. From the moment I called the office, the staff was kind and very helpful. When I had my consultation on the phone with Joe he didn't rush me and in fact he took over an hour to really talk with me. He was honest and told me the pro's and con's to my case and he LISTENED!
