While the office personnel was always friendly and courteous, Ms. Leonard was very difficult to reach and rarely returned phone calls. At one point she even advised that I was just not a priority. I was left without direction and guidance much of my case (before, during and after) and felt she was unwilling to fight for me on any matter. The amount that was spent has placed me in a considerable financial bind while I received very little, if anything, that was favorable to me in the end.
