Dangerous to children, a bully with anger control issues, colluded with attorneys to keep the clock running and make herself more money when our case was much simpler, doesn't listen to anyone, turns the facts and statements that witnesses give her upside down and inside out to tyrannically punish and control are the impressions and opinions of all of us who are her victims.
Dana did not communicate well, which cost me more money and a loss of assets in my divorce. While using her as an atty she went through 3 different para-legals, of whom seemed very inexperienced and incompetent. On many occasions I was unable to talk directly to Dana so left messages with her para-legal that were not communicated to her. An error was made on my divorce papers, of which she did not take responsibility and told me (through her paralegal) I would need to incur the cost to fix it.
Dana is the most worthless guardian and attorney I have ever seen. She only has her hand out which is all the effort you will get out of her. She is incompetent and lacks any sort of moral compass - there isn’t very many good reviews. May god have mercy on her soul
BEWARE!! Dana Outlaw engaged in Professional Misconduct and violated the "Standards" of a Guardian Ad Litem during my divorce. My daughter was kidnapped for over an entire year and alienated from me because Dana continued to take on more cases and money from clients then she is capable of handling. She rescheduled appointments constantly. She forgets major points of what your case is about. She is gender biased. Then she lies to the courts and blames everyone else for her shortcomings instead of accepting responsibility for her actions. I have many lies that she has made in writing during my divorce. I am corresponding now with The Office of The Chief Disciplinary Council. If you have hired her and feel like she has been dishonest I encourage you to file a formal complaint With The Office of The Chief Disciplinary Council. First, you should look up and research The Rules of Professional Conduct so you will be informed of what constitutes a violation.
