I trust my lawyer and he is very experienced. He's always letting me know everything is going to be OK. I trust his judgment and confidence in winning a case. I was very stressed about my case and Mr Ernst, gave me confidence that everything was going to be OK. Hired Attorney David Edward Ernst

Mr. Ernst was incredibly professional. Mr Ernst and his associate Gabe Moorman were able to provide me with excellent legal service, and they turned around a bad situation where my children's mother and I were never married, which in the State of Ohio gives me zero rights to my children. I am not the full custodial parent. They were prompt and always made me a priority. They were fair with me in terms of payment and always put their duty to serve over making money.

Hired Attorney David Edward Ernst

I hired him for a divorce and everything was very slow moving. A year into it we had nothing accomplished. I believe we paid over $10k at that point. I was constantly given wrong information, making my spouse out to be the worst human possible. It was all a big manipulation and narcissistic tactic. He's terrible at returning calls, emails, etc. The one time we went to court he arrived 5 mins prior, wearing what looked like beach attire. He will give you the impression he's a family man and wants to help you because he cares, but in reality he only cares how much money he can get out of you. My ex and I reconciled, and we compared stories and my attorney was the villain, not my ex like Mr. Ernst made it out to be. This caused severe damage to our family.

takes ur money,never follows thru with promises,yrs. later still has not got ur settlement. was reprimanded by the ohio disciplinary board for misconduct and it was his own friend and the friend's family he did it to, some friend ernst was.
