Terrible communication, and aggressive when called out on shortcomings. Mr Ong's office seems consistently overwhelmed. Communication is grossly subpar, and he gets aggressive when called out on his shortcomings. If you want your family to suffer more after your death, Mr Ong is the perfect choice.
This firm constitutes the true definition of over promise and under deliver. Mr. Ong guaranteed he could have the trustee suspended for self-dealing within 4 months of our initial meeting. After more than $17,000 in legal expenses, I was then told to settle the case, when the entire reason I hired him was to litigate. Only after a year of negotiations, conferences, and phone calls was I then told that if I wanted to proceed with litigation, then he would not represent me. TOTAL WASTE!
