The Fulton Law Firm PLLC is a law firm established in 2001 with an office in League City, TX. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing annulment, cohabitation agreements, collaborative family law and 42 other areas of law.
This was my second divorce. Ms Fulton did a much better job than my first lawyer and it cost me a whole lot less this time. Hard to get her on the phone but she responded to my email very fast.
Ms. Fulton dropped the ball in my case resulting in loss of money and property for me. She went on an unofficial sick leave for 6 weeks and failed to inform me. I tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with her and was finally informed by her legal assistant her status. Her assistant was ordered to tell client Ms. Fulton was out of the office.
Ms. Fulton also failed to keep me apprised of the expenditures against my retainer as required by law.
I hired Michelle Fulton years ago,and I am still angry of how she handled my divorce case,and really screwed me. If I only knew back then what I know now,I would have never hired her. Nothing she did for my divorce benefited me AT ALL.My ex made out pretty good! She did nothing to fight for what I was entitled too. Do not hire this firm!!!!
Michelle Fulton takes your money however does not earn it. She is always out on medical leave and does nothing on her end to prepare for court. She does not return phone calls and expects the client to do all of the leg work. Her legal assistant is rude and very unprofessional. Do not hire Michelle Fulton
My experience with Michelle Fulton was absolutely terrible. She did nothing on my daughters adoption case for months, filed the wrong paperwork, then had no idea what was going on. When I complained, she threatened to charge me more money. She also threatened to sue me for leaving a review on her business page.
She was unorganized, she forgot everything about the case. She didn't review my divorce degree until we were in court. She went on sick leave without informing her clients. Two months! She messed up my divorce beyond repair. She charged me a lot of money and never accounted for it. There is too much more to mention here. Beware and don't hire this lawyer
