The Zapalac law firm was recommended to me by my Realestate agent Paige Reinhardt. She highly recommended him and I must say that she was correct. My wife and I worked with Ryan and explained our situation. Our landlord simply refused to return our deposit after we returned the property in better condition that we received it . Three days before the end of the lease the property was professionally painted and cleaned and listed by the landlord for rent before the end of the term. Ryan explained our options and settled with the landlord in less than 30 days.
