Nick Garrett represented me in a Conservatorship Case. HE contacted me and asked that I step up to the plate and represent my father that owned AAA bail bonds in Lawton, OK. Nick is known in Lawton as Tricky Nicky. My father passed away at the hands of a housekeeper. Nick flipped on me when my father was hospitalized due to an attempt of my father to commit suicide. I contacted him and told him that my father was hospitalized due to mental health competency. Nick told me that he was going to resign because he was only in it for the money and he did not see any money. However, I asked my sister to step up to the plate and represent my father as Special Representative. Although, I found out recently that she was disqualified due to lack of jurisdiction. Although, my sister was appointed illegally, she started waiving money in front of Nick. He followed after her like a lap dog and was rewarded exponentially and illegally. I am filing charges!!!
