Hired Law Firm

Lucas Harsh was a buyout from the opposing attorney. He started out making us believe he was on our side but once we got in front of judge he totally turned and appeared to be more in favor of opposing party. He was in contact more with opposing party's attorney than he was with us who hired him. He is easily bought out by opposing attorney.

Hired Attorney Mr. Lucas Harsh

In my opinion Mr Harsh is a horrible lawyer. He was appointed to be my sons( a minor) public defender over 2 years ago. We have not seen any progress in my sons case nor does Mr Harsh inform us of anything happening in the case. My son sits in a juvenile facility waiting. Meanwhile they take my son to court but he doesn't know why or whats happening just for them to return him to the facility so he can wait for his lawyer to explain things but that never happens. Six months later he still doesn'
