Ms. Hillary Cranford, Esquire: Horrible attorney! As Gwinnett County Administrator she made huge mistakes at every step of my Father's simple Estate. Hard to understand how she keeps her job. Only works a limited schedule. Has bi-polar tendencies. Completely incompetent at tracking the important timing issue in an Estate.
Working with this lady have been so stressful and depressing. She is supposed to be the executive of my brother's estate.he passed away last January and I haven't been able to speak with anyone this year. I've left messages and no one has returned my calls. I'm scared that she have just disappeared. And after reading the reviews I really don't know what to think.i would not recommend her to anyone.
This woman was court appointed to oversee my dad's estate. She did a very poor job if ant at all. She WILL NOT communicate with you! She basically allowed my inheritance to be stolen from me. Stay far away. She should not be holding the position she's in. Can't say enough bad things about her.
HILLARY CRANFORD IS AN AWFUL ATTORNEY. Hillary Cranford was appointed as temporary administrator of my brother's estate when he passed. She did nothing to protect his estate. My brother's estate included 14 rental properties. When I was finally appointed executor of my brother's estate I discovered in her 12+ months as a temporary administrator she made ABSOLUTELY NO ATTEMPT to collect rent. Over $81,000 in rent for occupied units went uncollected. Vacant units were left unsecured... found the front door wide open on two units. I had to evict seven tenants. She let the property insurance lapse. She refused to respond to maintenance requests from tenants. His van with two payments remaking was almost repossessed. Run if you see the woman.
I agree with the other reviews. She is absolutely defensive when she makes mistakes or is questioned. She works to fill her coffers and could care less about the ward or family. She is biased and plays off disputes amongst family members to find reasons to file actions in court unnecessarily. This results in more expenses to the estate and she could care less about the ward's wishes. She has so many clients on her plate and has no time to properly manage the estates. Her office staff is not the best either. She abuses her power, treats you terribly, and is a horrible human being. I have nothing good to say about the experience with her.
I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH REVIEW ON 9/22/22. She may have graduated from law school but her experience doesn’t align with her resume. She doesn’t like being questioned and when she doesn’t know or mishandles something, her defense is to become combative with the very people she’s going to make money off of. She was AWFUL to us and I would NEVER use or recommend her.
Awful. Extremely disappointing. Emotion extremes. Just not professional. Nothing like one would expect as a Gwinnett County Administrator
