Hired Law Firm

I hired Mr. Mullinax to help me collect child support and money as a result of domestic contempt. I do not feel I was adequately represented. We would have a hearing set only for him to cancel at the last minute leaving us to have to "prepare" again being charged for more hours. The preparation was always the day before the trial. After he cashed a paid in full check ending representation he is suing me, a single mom who finally got child support on my own through abandonment court.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
