We were having problems with a landlord who was refusing to fix things the right way and trying to sue us over natural damages that were natures fault not ours. He was also trying to evict us. Christopher was on top of things and we never went to court because the landlord realized he was in the wrong. (this has been more then 5 years but the search could not find the other attorney I listed.)
My only concerns r/t Mr. Coons has to do with his ability to stay in touch with his clients once all the initial work is done. He does not do a very good job keeping in touch with his clients regarding changes in their case, problems, or concerns.
