I was incredibly happy with my experience at Quatrini/Rafferty. Nicholas Kennedy and his support staff did an amazing job. Nick, his assistant, and his paralegal were all especially kind, thorough, responsive, & patient. The odds were against us. We had the type of disability case that is typically very difficult to win. This was aggravated by the fact that we were assigned a judge who had an unfavorable record of granting disability. Despite the obstacles, Nick managed to win our case! Prior to engaging Quatrini/Rafferty, I was working with another large, well-respected firm. My experience with the other law firm was exactly the opposite of my experience at Quatrini/Rafferty. Where the other firm failed, Quatrini/Rafferty shined. Eventually, when it was close to the time for my hearing, the other firm told me we didn’t have a case. I turned to Quatrini/Rafferty after finding myself abandoned. Nick thought we had an uphill battle, but he took us on, and he prevailed!
